Delivery Locations

We make deliveries to both domestic market in Australia and International countries, including New Zealand and other nations.

Processing your order

Our quotation will be sent to you within one working day after we receive your new enquries or orders. The goods and invoice will be sent to you within one or two working days after receiving the payments.  We accept payments by bank transfer or credit card, and without credit card surcharge.


Tracking Orders

The tracking number and invoice will be sent to you by email same day after the goods are dispatched. If your orders have not arrived within five working days for the orders from Australia, please contact us for assistance of tracking.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 working days.

Picking Up

Picking up is acceptable. Our warhouse open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding public holidays.

Remark:

Frank Marine is a wholesale distributor,  supply the goods only to trade customers, such as retail shops, manufacturers, resellers, wholesalers, distributors and importers. Frank Marine does not sell the goods directly to the public.  For retail enquiries, please kindly contact your local retailer.
